Please note we can only send orders to the billing address. After confirmation of payment we will normally dispatch your item within 24 hours. All UK orders will be sent by first class recorded mail. All International orders are sent by DHL and are Tracked.

There are sometimes delays experienced because of public holiday or custom checks. Delays can also be a result of bank holidays, national holidays and other circumstances which are out of our control, and we cannot take responsibility for these delays.

 Note: custom lace wigs can take up to 7-10 working days to process as the majority are custom made, however hair extensions are mostly sameday and delivered within 1-5 days.

 

WHEN WE DELIVER

Our couriers typically deliver Monday to Friday, 8am - 7pm (please note Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days).

 A signature is requested upon delivery. If you're not in when our couriers first try to deliver they will leave a card and then attempt to deliver it two more times over the next working days. Follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange a redelivery of your order. We can not deliver to a neighbour or leave in a safe place as a signature is required by someone at the address.
